Quiñenco is one of the largest and most diversified business conglomerates in Chile, with investments in leading companies of the financial, beverage, manufacturing, energy, transport and port services sectors, which altogether employ more than 74,700 people in Chile and abroad.

Banco de Chile
Founded in 1893, Banco de Chile is the main private bank in the country, standing out for its solidity and profitability, offering a wide range of products and services to all segments of the market and servicing a client base of over one million debtors.
Quiñenco, together with Citigroup, controls 51.2% of Banco de Chile.

CCU
Compañía de Cervecerías Unidas (CCU) is a diversified alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages company, with operations in Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia and Colombia, as well as wine exports to more than 80 countries. It is the main beer producer in Chile and the second in Argentina.
Together with Heineken, Quiñenco controls 65,9% of CCU.

Invexans
Through Invexans, Quiñenco participates in the French multinational Nexans, one of the leading producers of cables and technological solutions in the world with a presence in 42 countries.
Quiñenco is the majority shareholder of the French company, holding 28.9% ownership.

ENEX
Enex is a fuel distributor and operator of convenience stores, with its parent company based in London, and operations in Chile, where it has the Shell license, in the United States and Paraguay.
Enex is a subsidiary of Invexans.

CSAV
Founded in 1872, Compañía Sudamericana de Vapores (CSAV) currently develops its main line of business, container shipping, through its 30% share in the German shipping company Hapag- Lloyd, the fifth most important in the world which operates a global network of 119 liner services, with offices in 135 countries.
Quiñenco owns 66.5% of CSAV.

SAAM
SM SAAM is a multinational company of Chilean origin which offers services for international trade through port terminals, tug boats and logistics. It is currently one of the main port operators in America, leader in the continent in the tug boat business. It has a presence in 14 countries and 90 ports.
Quiñenco owns 60.0% of SM SAAM.
