Santiago, April 21, 2020. Quiñenco communicated that its Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting to be held next Thursday, April 30th at 10:00 a.m., will be held exclusively online, using technology that allows online participation and voting.
The company’s decision is based on the public health crisis affecting the country and seeks to prevent possible spread of the disease and help combat the COVID-19 pandemic.
