- The company informed the CMF that it will distribute the equivalent of Ch$171.26168 per share to its shareholders, based on its results to date, which were driven particularly by CSAV and its main asset, the German shipping liner Hapag-Lloyd.
Santiago, October 7, 2021.- Quiñenco S.A. filed today material information with the Financial Market Commission, informing that its Board approved an interim dividend of Ch$284,767,001,333, equivalent to Ch$171.26168 per share, charged to net income for the current year.
The Chief Executive Officer of Quiñenco, Francisco Pérez Mackenna, explained that “this decision was made to recognize the trust our shareholders have placed in our strategy and is based particularly on the performance of our subsidiary CSAV, which has achieved very positive results this year, driven by its main asset, the German shipping liner Hapag-Lloyd. This has enabled CSAV, after a long ten-year journey, to distribute dividends to its shareholders, including Quiñenco.”
This interim dividend will be paid on November 2, 2021, to all shareholders registered in the respective registry at midnight on the fifth business day prior to that date.
