Santiago, December 3, 2021.- The Board of Directors of Quiñenco S.A., informed that Luis Fernando Antúnez Bories will be stepping down as the company’s Chief Financial Officer after 26 successful years in charge of administration, finance and human resources.

He has been affiliated with the Luksic Group for 36 years, serving as CFO of CCU before joining Quiñenco in 1996.

Both the Chairman of the Board, Andrónico Luksic Craig, and the company’s CEO, Francisco Pérez Mackenna, touched on Antúnez’s contributions and professional dedication throughout his time as the company’s CFO.

“I am deeply grateful to Luis Fernando for his ongoing contribution to the development of Quiñenco and its team. Without a doubt, his loyalty, diligence, dedication and reliability throughout his career have been fundamental in building the company we know today,” the company’s CEO affirmed.

Luis Fernando Antúnez’s resignation will take effect December 31, 2021. He will be replaced by Eduardo Garnham, who has been the company’s Deputy Development Manager since March 2017.

Garnham holds a degree in civil engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MSc from Imperial College London. Before joining Quiñenco, he held various roles at IM Trust, the most recent of which was Infrastructure and Energy Investment Manager.
