June 25th, 2024.- Quiñenco announced that its subsidiary, Invexans Limited, carried out a capital increase in Enex plc for US$50 million, in addition to the increase of US$55 million carried out last March.
This capitalization will contribute to further strengthen the capital structure of the company, supporting its development strategy.
